Bus Depot No. 1 Rehabilitation (FIDIC Red Book Works):
Upgrading central facilities on Police Street to effectively serve a fleet of approximately 300 city buses. The consultant successfully restructured the procurement criteria following initial market overruns, resulting in a successful contract award valued at EUR 25.11 million.
Bus Depot No. 2 Extension (FIDIC Green Book Design-Build):
Overhauling compressed natural gas (CNG) infrastructure and expanding utility filling capacities through strategic multi-stage contracting models.

- Technical Cooperation Contract: EUR 859,850.00 (encompassed within the overarching grand total)
Details of the Consultant’s Assignment
GMCS, a.s. (Prague, Czech Republic) was officially engaged under Technical Cooperation Contract DTM 51207 to act as the Procurement and Project Implementation Support (PIS) Consultant.
- Timeline: The assignment officially commenced in Jan 2022 and extends through Dec 2026.
- Core Role: GMCS provided specialized transaction advisory, procurement process management, structural engineering review support, and IFI compliance mechanisms.
