Street Lighting

The Consultant developed terms and conditions of Public Service Contract to be concluded between Public Private Partnership Centre of Eastern Kazakhstan and the Municipalшties of Oskemen and Semey.

PPP Centre is the holder of street lighting assets and shall manage the street lighting modernisation under Design, Supply, Install, Operate and Maintain type of contract awarded through public tender and funded from EBRD and local budgets. Public Service Contract uses lease scheme to let the modernised street lighting to the Cities and the PSC implementation and its subsequent monitoring belongs to one of the principal tasks of the Consultant in developing Corporate Development Programme for the PPP Centre of East Kazakhstan.
